I have been wanting to go forever and there was a slight chance it wouldn’t live up to some pretty high expectations I had created in my head but it DID! My husband and I had a fabulous evening.

This was an AMAZING party- plenty of food, dessert, water, coffee, staff, security detail, dance floors, llamas (lol!), nice people, photo props, decorations, etc.!!! We went in a group of six, and it was the BOMB!!!

My wife and I attended the Champagne Ball for NYE. It was the first time we had experienced the party and certainly will not be the last. If you are planning to spend your NYE in Portland, you must attend the Champagne Ball!

new venue: The Portland Art Museum
Why would we move this event? The Champagne Ball had a FANTASTIC run at the Hilton Portland; 20 years of incredible parties with incredible guests. The intervening 3 years since the last edition gave us time to challenge ourselves in finding new ways to impress our guests and make it an even more special experience.

The Champagne Ball has been re-imagined in several ways but the atmosphere will be instantly familiar to those who have attended before. We’ll be hosting in the Portland Art Museum’s Kridel Grand Ballroom (“Grand Ballroom”) and the Fields Sunken Ballroom (“Studio 54 Ballroom”) on New Year’s Eve with spectacular talent and décor. Call it a “somewhat swankier affair” than what we’ve created in years past. You’re going to have a great night.
