Absolutely. The box office at the Hyatt Regency opens at 4pm. You can scan your tickets and receive your wristbands, allowing you to walk right into the party after doors open (6:30pm for Reserved Seats, 8:00pm for General Admission) 

Fun and exciting singles, couples, large groups of friends…everyone is invited as long as they’re dressed to impress and ready to have fun! 

The Hyatt Regency Portland has an attached parking structure and there are multiple public parking lots available in the area. Here’s a handy map of parking options.

Not only is there a coat check, it’s complimentary.

All ballrooms, all dance floors, most bars! You have full access to the entire party with the exception of reserved seats and the VIP bar.

The menu features courses created by Hyatt Regency Portland Executive Chef Wade Eybel, whose approach to food and beverage is to create a connection with the spirit of what Portland and Oregon are about through partnerships and collaboration. Locally sourced product, farmer’s market produce, and local artisan purveyors are at the center, utilizing the best ingredients that the Pacific Northwest has to offer.

Chef has hand-selected a three-course delectable menu and each course, from salad, entrée and dessert, melds together to wow your taste buds.

• Salad: Baby Greens, Tomatoes, Carrots, Cucumbers, Red Onion and Shallot Vinaigrette (GF, V)
• Entree: FRENCH BREAST OF CHICKEN (GF, DF) Smashed Fingerling Potatoes, Steamed Haricots Vert, Blistered Baby Tomatoes, Natural Jus
• Vegetarian: MUSHROOM RISOTTO (GF, VEG) with Roasted Wild Mushrooms and Pecorino
• Dessert: Chocolate Mousse Cake with Chocolate Glaze and Raspberry (GF, VEG)

Reserved seating is available in the Regency Ballroom where Dancehall Days and DJ Doc Rock are performing.
